Shallowford Women
Shallowford Presbyterian Women (SPW) bring together women of diverse backgrounds, talents, and personalities in small group settings called circles. It is truly one of the best ways to connect on a personal level within our faith community. SPW Circles meet monthly from September to May for discussion, Bible study, food, and mission activities. These small group settings provide an opportunity to build relationships of mutual concern and support for each other, the church, and the world. Join a circle!

Monthly Outings
Once a month Shallowford adults take to Atlanta’s streets for an outing open to all members and their friends. Typical events include tours of museums, exploring greenways or parks, and visiting other houses of worship. Lunch is almost always the finale of the day! Please check the weekly announcements for specific details.
Older Adults
Shallowford’s Older Adult Ministry is explicitly designed for seniors – of course, members of all ages are welcome! The sole purpose of this group is to build connections and form new relationships with members in the same stage of life. Older adults meet quarterly and activities traditional include a picnic with Shallowford’s pastors in the spring, an off-campus outing in the summer, a game day in the fall, and last but not least, a Friendsgiving-themed potluck luncheon in November.
Men’s Prayer Breakfast
Each week, a group of Shallowford men comes together to meet for fellowship, prayer, and a good ol’ home-cooked breakfast. The group meets Thursday mornings in the Youth Center.
Fitness, Fun, & Fellowship
Once a week, members of all ages and fitness levels meet up for fitness, fun, and fellowship. Work on your balance and stretching with chair based exercises and tone your upper body with light weights. The class meets Thursdays at 10:30 a.m. in Heritage Hall.
