Shallowford Chapel Choir
Shallowford’s Youth Choir is made up of 50+ students ranging across all skill levels from schools around Atlanta who have a ball while learning to sing, making new friends, working hard, goofing off, and, most importantly, touring a concert each summer. Students are committed to participating in weekly rehearsals as well as presentations during occasional Sunday morning worship, holiday services, and fundraising events.
Tour Theme
This year’s program, Carry the Light, explores how God’s light meets us, transforms us, and moves through us into the world. From the beauty of creation to the quiet work of grace, this program reflects the ways light takes hold in our lives. And as it does, we are drawn beyond ourselves; drawn to bear that light into places of darkness, becoming witnesses to the hope and love of God.

Shallowford Presbyterian Church invites you to a special homecoming concert featuring sixth through twelfth-grade voices. Hear the Youth Chapel Choir in person to perform their program: Carry the Light. We hope you enjoy Carry the Light and feel inspired to think about the many ways our relationships help us grow closer to God. Friends, family, and neighbors – All are encouraged to attend!
