Join us for a Mindful Refresh, a restorative two-hour mindfulness session designed to help you reset, refocus, and recharge. This experience is led by Karen Piering Abbott, Psy.D. This session offers a space to slow down, let go of stress, and re-align with the present moment, whether you’re feeling overwhelmed or simply seeking a deeper connection with yourself.

What to Expect:

  • Silent Reflection through Journaling
  • Nature Exposure

Come as you are – just bring a yoga mat and a water bottle. Prepare to open your heart and mind to a gentle, restorative experience.

Location:
Shallowford Center for Mindful Living – Youth Center
We will meet beneath the Chapel in the Youth Center, a space of spaciousness and light. Parking is available in the front lot; simply walk up the right sidewalk and enter the first building on the right.
