Associate Pastor Nominating Committee (APNC)

Update from the Associate Pastor Nominating Committee

The APNC is pleased to announce that the Presbytery and the Shallowford Session have approved our Ministry Information Form (MIF). The denomination website that posts and matches call opportunities changed its format so that our Church Information Form (CIF) approved in May, was obsolete. The committee continued to evaluate PIFs and interview candidates while writing the the MIF. We welcome your continued prayers as we search for our Associate Pastor for Mission and Discipleship.

Although many of our PIFs arrive through the Presbytery's matching system, our congregation remains our best resource for connecting us with potential candidates. We welcome your suggestions and encourage church members to refer candidates to our MIF #22090.AHO so they may complete a self-referral.

Members and potential candidates may also download our MIF.

Who is the APNC?

Prue Swerlick (Chair), Anchor Shepherd (Secretary), Lisa Turney (Communications), Jeff Wright (Technology),  and Bob Chambless

The committee may be reached confidentially through the APNC email address
